Leadership is needed more than ever in these times of great uncertainty. The kind of leadership that inspires courage and hope, and which enables people and communities to build the power needed to win the change they want to see.

The Leading Change Network is a global organizing organization rising to this challenge by developing the leadership and organizations needed to shape the emerging world.

As organizers do, we’re building teams of people who share a passion for developing leadership and expanding democracy, and who are willing to commit their resources of time and skills to help

Over the last week we’ve been taking some time to listen and understand the collective needs of our community and develop a program that will support people to continue to lead in the face of uncertainty.

The recent developments globally to contain COVID-19 is requiring urgent shifts in the way we organize and the way we live.

Showcase | Palestinian Communities’ Resourcefulness in the Face of Ethnic Cleansing

Public Narrative and the Fight for Liberation: The Urfod Campaign

In the face of settler colonization and ethnic cleansing, indigenous people have struggled to resist assimilation and attempts to divide and conquer.

As an indigenous minority living under Israeli control, the Druze community has directly been subjected to such attempts including the enforcement of compulsory military in the Israeli army against their own people, a policy that has led to a growing sense of alienation and conflicting narratives.

In this event, two organizers will share their journey as young Druze organizing their community to reject military service and reclaim their history and identity as an integral part of the Palestinian people. Using
