We are pleased to present our upcoming learning opportunities for the next quarter. As an organization dedicated to highlighting and celebrating people’s efforts against injustices and promoting our organizing framework, we are excited to offer a variety of learning opportunities this quarter. These opportunities will help us broaden our understanding of current global issues, actively engage in organizing, and provide spaces for community reflection.

We eagerly anticipate learning and evolving together in the months ahead.

Listen | Athar Podcast [Arabic]

In the Arab world, as in many other regions, the dominant discourse around organizing, people power, and public collective action is a generally discouraging one. Public collective action is discredited with arguments that deem it ineffective in the face of political systems and inherited social norms.

The Athar podcast aims to play a role in changing this narrative by telling stories of collective action that bring about success, ignite hope, and inspire resilience.

Read | Non violence Civil Resistance and Tactics Databases
