Public Narrative coaches are catalysts. They ignite leadership potential, passing on the craft and power of leadership through storytelling.
Since 2022, LCN has pioneered a unique program, transforming Public Narrative participants into skilled coaches in their own organizations and spaces. We created a whole new pedagogy of how we teach narrative coaches, with intentional scaffolding, unique structure, and detailed feedback by meta-coaches. To date over 60 coaches have graduated, empowered to cultivate change within their communities.
