Acerca de los facilitadores

Cynthia Jaramillo
Emprendedora social cuyo propósito de vida es empoderar a niñas y mujeres, a través de la educación y la innovación social, para crear un mundo más igualitario. Cynthia ha sido consultora de proyectos de impacto social en México, Centro América y Reino Unido, donde tuvo la oportunidad de participar en temas de regeneración económica para el Gobierno Galés. Apasionada por enseñar y compartir sus experiencias, ha sido capacitadora, coach y profesora en el Tec de Monterrey, Universidad Ítaca y ahora en la UAM Azcapotzalco. Luego de completar el curso de Liderazgo, Organización y Acción (2023) del profesor Ganz en Harvard Kennedy School, comenzó a ser coach de Narrativa Pública con perspectiva de género, en español, para grupos de mujeres en el Sureste y Centro de México, y próximamente en Chile y Centroamérica.
Sam Gonzalez
Sam es un médico apasionado por el trabajo en equipo y la organización comunitaria. En 2021 estuvo colaborando con el equipo de LCN en una serie de talleres y en 2022 comenzó a trabajar en People Power Health, organización que apoya a profesionales de salud a desarrollar sus capacidades de liderazgo y organizar campañas exitosas. Fue alumno en el curso Leadership, Organizing, and Action: Leading Change en la Universidad de Harvard. Ese mismo año, apoyó en la coordinación de la visita de Marshall Ganz a México para presentar su nuevo libro: “Si se Puede: Estrategias para Organizarse y Cambiar el Mundo”. En 2023 participó en el curso Train of Trainers con Leading Change Network, enfocado a desarrollar capacidades de nuevos trainers.
