The coordinator’s tasks before/during/after the workshop are organized into five categories: negotiations (liaising with host organization about pay, participant numbers, time, venue, breakouts, etc.), logistics (scheduling, venue, A/V, food, etc.), materials (participant manual, pre-readings, posters, markers, flipcharts, etc.), coaching, and upfront presentations.
