Two model videos - one good and one bad to show the difference of intentional of structured and non structured relational 1:1's

What is relationship building?

Relationships building is one of the core practices of building power in organizing.

As a core leadership practice, it is always hard to know if we are doing it right!

In the following videos you will see a bad way of starting relationship building in the public sphere, and then a good model of how to do a genuine yet structured 1:1.

In the video you just watched, Fatemeh was not able to get to create a purpose to explore Mariana’s values through stories and previous experiences, however we now know that Mariana is good in doing salads, such conversations are good if a purpose of the 1:1 was to make friends but this is a commitment to relationship that later might become part of leading something towards uncertainty we definitely need to know more than just dressings!
Let us see how Fatemeh does that in the following video!
