This is a set of 295 slides that can be used to teach the leadership practices of organizing upfront (before small group or breakout room practice), updated and rebranded in 2026.

Are you planning to train your team in organizing—in People, Power, Change framework?
Do you want to tell your community about the leadership practices that you learned?
Are you looking for the most up-to-date LCN upfront teaching slides?

…Then this is just the slide set for you!

These slides for upfront teaching have been compiled by Haruka Sano in February 2026, based on the slides that have been used and shared by the trainers that came before. We are grateful to Marshall Ganz and all the trainers who built on his work to effectively teach organizing in various regions, languages, and contexts. (If you have any creative slides or teaching materials on organizing, we welcome you to share with the community. Please contact us at  resources@leadingchangenetwork.org)

These slides are free and open to all active Leading Change members to use.
