📣 သတင်းကောင်းလေး မျှဝေပါရစေ!

ဒီလမ်းညွှန်စာအုပ်လေးကတော့ Marshall Ganz ရဲ့ နာမည်ကြီး ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုနဲ့ စည်းရုံးလှုံ့ဆော်ရေး မူဘောင်ကို အခြေခံထားတဲ့ ပုံပြင်ပြောခြင်းဖြင့် ဦးဆောင်မှုပေးခြင်း (Public Narrative) အကြောင်းပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အတွေ့အကြုံရင့် သင်တန်းဆရာတွေရဲ့ လက်တွေ့အသုံးချ နည်းလမ်းတွေကို စုစည်းထားတာဖြစ်လို့ ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုစွမ်းရည် တိုးတက်ဖို့အတွက် အရမ်းကို ထိရောက်တဲ့ ချဉ်းကပ်မှုတစ်ခုပါပဲ။

အင်္ဂလိပ်လိုကနေ တိုက်ရိုက်ကြီး ဘာသာပြန်ထားတာမျိုး မဟုတ်ဘဲ၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရဲ့ လူမှုရေးနဲ့ ယဉ်ကျေးမှု အခြေအနေတွေနဲ့ ကိုက်ညီအောင် သေချာလေး ဂရုတစိုက် ဆီလျော်အောင် ပြင်ဆင်ရေးသားထားတာပါ။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံက အဖွဲ့အစည်းတွေ၊ လူမှုအသိုင်းအဝိုင်း ခေါင်းဆောင်တွေနဲ့ တက်ကြွလှုပ်ရှားသူတွေရဲ့ လက်တွေ့ဘဝ လိုအပ်ချက်တွေနဲ့ အံဝင်ခွင်ကျဖြစ်စေဖို့ ရည်ရွယ်ပြီး ဖန်တီးထားတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

🤝 အခုဆိုရင် Community Partners International (CPI) နဲ့ Equity Initiative (EI) Myanmar အဖွဲ့ဝင်တွေက ဒီလမ်းညွှန်ကို အသုံးပြုပြီး ကျွန်တော်တို့ လူမှုအသိုင်းအဝိုင်းရဲ့ ကြံ့ကြံ့ခံနိုင်စွမ်းနဲ့ အပြောင်းအလဲကို ဦးဆောင်နိုင်စွမ်းတွေ ပိုမိုအားကောင်းလာအောင် အလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲတွေ ပြုလုပ်ပေးနေပါပြီ။

This workshop guide covers public narrative, based on the leadership and organizing framework by Marshall Ganz. Developed over many years by experienced trainers practicing organizing and facilitating workshops, it offers a grounded approach to leadership development.

This is not a direct translation but a careful adaptation of the original material to the Myanmar’s social and cultural context. It was shaped to resonate with Myanmar organizations and activists, ensuring that the concepts and practices reflect their lived realities and needs in building collective leadership and organized action.

Workshops based on this guide are implemented by Community Partners International (CPI) and Equity Initiative Myanmar Fellows in Myanmar to strengthen the capacities of individuals and groups to lead change collectively.
