This workshop guide covers the five practices of organizing and coaching, based on the leadership and organizing framework by Marshall Ganz. This guide has been developed over many years by trainers practicing organizing and conducting workshops.
This material has been meticulously tailored to the Korean context, ensuring it resonates with Korean organizations and activists. AktivAsia plans to conduct workshops based on this guide, further enhancing leadership and organizing capabilities.
