Skill Practice Sessions on Campaign Metrics and Snowflake Structure – Strategy III (2026)

You’ve built your campaign. You’ve developed your team. You’ve started to move people. Now the questions are: how do you grow? How do you measure your campaign impact?

Scaling impact is about building the right structures, developing the right leadership, and measuring progress in ways that reflect the depth of the power you’re building. It means knowing when to expand your snowflake, how to track what matters, and how to make sure your campaign’s momentum translates into lasting change.

This 2-hour skill practice session is for organizers who wants to think beyond the immediate campaign and build toward something bigger. We’ll practice how to scale people power, strengthen your campaign’s leadership structure, and measure success in ways that go beyond numbers alone

Join us on November 10th @10am ET for a session with hands-on practice in developing campaign metrics and structure in organizing. In this session, we will guide you through the process of formulating a snowflake structure via a metrics journey that grounds us in who our people are and helps us identify how many leaders we need, and where we need them, to reach our campaign goal. We will also analyze campaign structures so that we can make mindful decisions in developing structures that support our strategy of winning and building people power.

The session is led by Rawan Zeine, seasoned organizing trainer.
