Skill Practice Session on Coaching (2026)

Skill Practice Session on Coaching (2026)

Organizing is tough work — and most of the time, it’s not the protests and picket lines. It’s the slow, hard work of building relationships, developing leaders, and keeping people moving when momentum stalls.

When things get hard, one good coaching conversation can make all the difference between wanting to quit and building real power.

Whether you’re supporting a community leader through fear, helping a colleague work through an objection, or managing a team that feels stuck — coaching is the skill that moves people from frozen to forward.

Join us on May 26th, 2026, at 11:30 am AEST / 9:30 am AWST (see your time zone here) for a skill practice session on Coaching.

This 2-hours session offers you the opportunity to revisit coaching frameworks that centre curiosity and leadership development — grounded in practical application rather than abstract theory. You will engage in structured peer coaching, supporting a colleague through a current challenge while also receiving coaching on a problem of your own.

The session is designed so that you both contribute to and benefit from the practice, honing your coaching skills, and leaving with greater clarity on your own challenge.

This session is led by LCN Members Eleisha Mullane.
