Political Organizing Meet & Reflect: What Have We Learned In This Global Election Year

Political Organizing Meet & Reflect: What Have We Learned In This Global Election Year

In one of the world’s biggest election years, we ask the question: How do we make it matter?

To answer this question, we launched a learning series on political organizing, led by a global team of political organizers at LCN. In the past 4 months, the community came together to build organizing capacity – by exploring strategies to center organizing and people power in politics; sharing stories of hope that keeps us going; and practicing the skills needed to enable leadership in political campaigns.

Now, in our final session, we invite you to explore together: how are we taking these learning and skills to practice in our own electoral and political work? What has been effective, and what has been challenging? What have we learned, and what will we take forward in our political organizing work?

We will also brainstorm key topics and questions that are important for the political organizing community, and opportunities to continue supporting one another in our growth as political organizers.

Join us on December 12th at 9am Eastern Time for a collective reflection of successes, challenges, lessons and future opportunities coming out of this global election year!

This session is open to anyone who has attended one or more past sessions in the learning series.
