Leadership Coaching Program: Narrative Track 2026

You’ve taken a Public Narrative workshop or completed a Public Narrative training or Harvard Kennedy School course. You felt the power of the framework — maybe in your own story, or watching it unlock something in someone else. And you’ve wondered: how do I bring this to my people? How do I help others do what I experienced?

This August, Leading Change Network (LCN) is launching its 5th Leadership Coaching Program: Narrative Track (formerly referred to as PNCTP). This program develops skilled coaches who are instrumental in bringing Public Narrative to organizations, activists, and leaders. With stronger coaches, we can supercharge change by weaving this powerful craft into value-driven organizations and movements.

In this 8-week journey, you will go deep into the craft of coaching Story of Self, Story of Us, and Story of Now — learning not just how to coach the content, but how to hold space, ask the right questions, and guide people through the discomfort that real storytelling requires. With 20+ hours of hands-on experience in diverse group settings, you’ll gain confidence in your coaching skills and deepen your own narrative voice.

This program isn’t theoretical. As part of the program, you will coach (or co-coach) a full Public Narrative workshop with students from Harvard Kennedy School—a powerful opportunity to step into the role with real participants. It’s often the moment where things click.

All program sessions take place online via Zoom, once a week on Wednesdays at 10:00 am – 12:00 pm EST. Here is the sessions schedule:

One small group practice session per week, scheduled at your convenience. Optional weekly office hours available. Total commitment: 4–5 hours per week for 8 weeks. Attendance of all sessions is mandatory for completion.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for this program, applicants must have sufficient Public Narrative background — specifically, completion of a Harvard Kennedy School course (LSA or MLD355) or a full-length 1–2 day Public Narrative training. The experience of telling your own stories of Self, Us, and Now are the foundation upon which you can coach others’ stories. If it has been a while since you learned the Public Narrative framework, it will be beneficial to look back on notes or lectures to refresh your understanding.

You must be available to attend all 8 sessions and the Harvard online weekend workshop.

This program is particularly ideal for people who want to coach stories and narratives as part of their core responsibilities or functions at their organisation, campaign, or community. Even if you’ve coached a few workshops or been a teaching fellow for the class, this is a great opportunity to further develop your coaching skills through new practices created for this program. Priority will be given to people who want to use Public Narrative with their communities and/or who plan to engage their new coaching skills through their work in community organizing or similar areas.

Rosi Greenberg

Rosi Greenberg is a leadership development trainer and coach. Rosi supports leaders at all levels to move forward with clarity, confidence, and creativity in a changing world. Rosi specializes in helping teams forge the connective tissue that sparks energy and joy in collective action. Rosi draws on Adaptive Leadership, Internal Family Systems, and Narrative Storytelling to create a bespoke experience that sparks both individual and system-wide change within organizations. Using art and design skills, Rosi visually represents the facilitation process, helping people see in deeper ways and engage their innate creativity. Rosi has worked with a wide range of clients across the US and the world, including C-suite executives, nonprofits, philanthropies, youth groups, political campaigns, community organizers, and more.

The program is an 8-week intensive designed for people who have experienced Public Narrative and want to learn how to guide others through it. Through hands-on practice, participants develop the skills to coach Story of Self, Us, and Now—learning how to hold space, ask meaningful questions, and support others in finding and using their voice. The program combines weekly sessions, small group practice, and real-world coaching experience, to help participants bring Public Narrative into their communities, organizations, and movements as a tool for leadership and collective action.

This program is led by Rosi Greenberg as the Lead Trainer and Tanvi Girotra and Aditi Parekh as Coordinators.
