Cascade Storytelling & Empower Communities: LCN’s Public Narrative Coach Training Program Showcase

What if we could cascade storytelling practices into every organization and community? What if every community was connected deeply to their values?

Starting in 2022, LCN has run a first-of-its-kind program to train Public Narrative Participants around the world to become Public Narrative coaches in their own organizations and spaces. Join us to learn about the first two years of the program and hear exciting new developments launching with Cohort 3 this summer!

Public Narrative coaches play a crucial role in passing on the craft of leadership to others in their organizations and communities, and we are proud to have graduated over 60 new Public Narrative coaches in the past two years through our intensive program. Through the pilot program we created a whole new pedagogy of how we teach narrative coaches, with intentional scaffolding, unique structure, and detailed feedback by meta-coaches.

In this showcase session, Lead trainer Rosi Greenberg, and Program Manager & Meta-Coach Noa Yammer will share the impact and lessons from last year’s program. You will hear from program participants from the past two years who will share their experience. We will also be announcing details of the upcoming program this year. Come get excited to learn – and experience a piece of the curriculum for yourself!
