With the year winding down, let’s pause and reflect on our year’s learnings and celebrate our accomplishments before we dive into the holiday season.

Join our End-of-Year LCN Meet & Reflect on Tuesday, December 19th! This is a time for us to come together as a strong and reflective community of organizers and leaders to ponder on the year that 2023 was, share our learnings, and connect with each other. We will together create a space to collectively look back and share our experiences so we can take them forward into the coming year.

In this 60-minute session, you will have the opportunity to:

• Share your experiences, challenges, and the lessons you’ve learned during the year.
• Connect and reflect with other organizers and leaders from around the world in small groups.

Rosi Greenberg, leadership development artist and CEO of Drawn to Lead, has spent 15 years fostering a more connected, humane, and creative organizational landscape. Through her bespoke workshops, Rosi has empowered over 7000 leaders to unleash their narratives and find their inner power. Her new book, “Everyone Has a Sam: Meeting the Inner Critic and Re-Writing the Rules,” tackles imposter syndrome, offering transformative strategies and life-changing tools. With a Master’s in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and advanced leadership training, Rosi champions empathy as the paramount leadership skill for today’s world. Her work bridges artistry and leadership, and nurtures profound professional connections.

Session objectives:

• Creating space to pause, reflect and interpret our experiences around challenges and successes
• Connect and learn from each other’s experiences
• Celebrate the learning that’s taken place in this community

Intentions:

• Importance of reflections for organizers and elicit the power of reflection. 
• Intersection of reflection and learning – learning about our work and ourselves and then looking forward. 
• Evoke celebration and joy as a part of our continuous and ardent work.
