End-of-Year Meet & Reflect

 How are you wrapping up your 2023?

With the year winding down, let’s pause and reflect on our year’s learnings and celebrate our accomplishments before we dive into the holiday season.

Join our End-of-Year LCN Meet & Reflect on Tuesday, December 19th! This is a time for us to come together as a strong and reflective community of organizers and leaders to ponder on the year that 2023 was, share our learnings, and connect with each other. We will together create a space to collectively look back and share our experiences so we can take them forward into the coming year.

In this 60-minute session, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Share your experiences, challenges, and the lessons you’ve learned during the year.
  • Connect and reflect with other organizers and leaders from around the world in small groups.

Her new book, “Everyone Has a Sam: Meeting the Inner Critic and Re-Writing the Rules,” tackles imposter syndrome, offering transformative strategies and life-changing tools. With a Master’s in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and advanced leadership training, Rosi champions empathy as the paramount leadership skill for today’s world. Her work bridges artistry and leadership, and nurtures profound professional connections.

This event is for both members and non-members who want to reflect on their 2023 as an organizing year and celebrate with LCN’s global community.

The event will be a 90-minute interactive session with a mix of individual and group reflections.
