Community Coaching Session (2026)

Leadership often means holding complexity: supporting people through uncertainty, navigating conflict, making strategic decisions, and staying grounded when the work feels heavy.

In community organizing, movement building, and team leadership, the challenge is rarely just what to do. It is often about how we support ourselves and others to move through obstacles, grow in leadership, and take meaningful action.

This is where coaching becomes powerful.

Coaching is a leadership practice that helps people think more clearly, access their own agency, and move from stuckness to action. It is not about giving advice or solving problems for others. It is about listening deeply, asking thoughtful questions, and creating the conditions for insight, accountability, and growth.

The session will be held twice to accommodate different time availability. Join us on one or both sessions: 

Session 1: Tuesday, July 28th 2026 at 8-9pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (find your time here)

Session 2: Thursday, July 30th 2026 at 12-1pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (find your time here)

The sessions are designed for organizers, activists, volunteers, and leaders who want to deepen their coaching skills in the community, and get coached on their leadership challenges. They build on the recent LCN Australia Community of Practice’s Session on Coaching and offer a dedicated space for hands-on coaching and practice.
