What’s your plan to wrap up 2022?
Our end-of-the-year schedules might be filling up quickly with team retreats, project deadlines, and holiday plans…but there’s one thing we can’t end without, and that’s reflecting and sharing what we learned this year!
Our organizing practice is rooted in continuous reflection and learning. That’s because we don’t learn from experience, we learn from reflecting on experience. But as organizers and leaders, oftentimes, we get so busy working on urgent tasks at hand that we forget to give ourselves the time and space necessary to pause, step back, and reflect on our experiences.
We invite you to join our End-of-Year LCN Meet & Reflect on Thursday, December 15th! Come reflect on what you’ve learned in 2022 with the global community!
This time, we’re trying out open mic style, where we invite you to share with the room the work you’re doing, your experiences, and the lessons you’ve learned during the year! (You can also opt to listen and learn, too!)
We will also have breakout rooms in small groups for you to connect and reflect together with other organizers and leaders from around the world.

Many of our events have been taking place in time zones that are inaccessible to Asia-Pacific folks – so we’re holding this session at a time that’s friendly for Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle East, and Africa!
