Come practice your coaching skills with us!

Coaching is critical for us organizers and leaders – it enables ourselves and others to reflect and learn from our experiences; and empower us as we take a step forward to overcome the challenges that emerge in our organizing and leadership work. By developing our coaching skills, we can be better equipped to support and build the capacity of our team, campaign, and community. And the only way to get better at coaching is to practice!

Join us on April 5th at 9:30am CET/5:30pm AEST for our Skill Practice Session on Coaching! Let’s get on the bike together and stretch our coaching muscles!

In this 90 min session, you will have the opportunity to deep dive into the craft and concepts coaching, and practice coaching with other members as well as have the opportunity to be coached on your organizing or leadership challenge. Whether you’re coming out of our orientation session or you want to freshen up your craft, Skill Practice sessions are a great way to deepen your learning!

We are excited that this session will be led by LCN member Stephen Donnelly, founder of Dunn Street! A big shout out to Stephen for creating a space for our organizing community to learn and grow 🤩

In order to ensure an in-depth learning experience for everyone, the session will be limited to 24 seats – we’ll close the registrations once the seats are filled, so be sure to sign up early to get a spot!

This session is for LCN members & attendees of our orientation sessions.

If you have an active membership, you need to login to view the members’ form and register for the event.
