Become a Public Narrative Coach with us!

This August, Leading Change Network (LCN) is launching  its 4th annual  Public Narrative training for coaches. . This program develops skilled coaches who are instrumental in bringing Public Narrative to organizations, activists, and leaders.  With stronger coaches, we can supercharge change by weaving this impactful craft within value-driven organizations and movements.

“The program gave me an enhanced sense of calling in the work I’m doing, and offered technical skills, but also deeper faith in seeing myself as a coach and a global community of people who shared an incredible journey of growth, challenge, and hope.”

Dan Firth, UK, ‘22 course participant

In an 8-week journey with a cohort of 36 fellow learners, you will train in the craft, content, and process of Public Narrative coaching. We will take a deep dive into the stories of Self, Us, and Now paired with practical techniques and focused coaching strategies for each element. With 20+ hours of hands-on experience in diverse group settings, you’ll gain confidence in your coaching skills and deepen your own narrative voice.

Are you willing to put in 4 hours a week for 8 weeks to up-skill your Public Narrative coaching this summer? JOIN US.

“I’m taking with me the pedagogy of discomfort – it’s ok to be uncomfortable and to hold space for people to feel discomfort and difficult emotions, to persist and support and guide with powerful questions and presence, to tease out and cultivate leadership in others. Public narrative can be a powerful tool of resistance just by simple practice of building deep relational trust, care and support.”

Marcella Brassett, Australia, ‘23 course participant
