But as organizers and leaders, oftentimes we get so busy working on urgent tasks at hand that we forget to give ourselves the time and space necessary to pause, step back, and reflect on our experiences.
That’s where we come in!
Our LCN Meet & Reflect is a space dedicated to reflecting and learning together with organizers and leaders from around the world. Come join our session on July 26th 10-11:30am Eastern Time!
Through reflection, we can enrich our understanding of ourselves and the work we do, deepen our leadership and strategic capacity, and gain clarity about our next steps.
In this session, you will be invited to reflect on moments of pride and moments of challenge from the past three months, situated in your personal growth (self), in your practice of enabling others (us), or in the context of your campaign and organizing work (now).

We know that it can be hard to carve out time for reflection on your own, and that’s why we are doing it together! In our first Meet & Reflect, participants loved the opportunity to reflect collectively, learn from the wealth of others’ experiences as well as their own, and build connections.
