Come explore this question with other organizers and leaders in our Meet & Reflect, a space for the LCN community to pause, reflect, and learn from our experiences. This time, our focus will be on a core element of our organizing and leadership work: how we’re building our communities!

Let’s reflect on our work building and sustaining our communities, grounded in your personal motivation and role (self), shared values of your people (us), and the change they need (now). We’ll be doing individual and group sharing, to explore what you’ve built with your communities so far and how you want to continue building it for the coming months.
