But as organizers and leaders, oftentimes we get so busy working on urgent tasks at hand that we forget to give ourselves the time and space necessary to pause, step back, and reflect on our experiences.
That’s where we come in!
Join our very first LCN Meet & Reflect on March 30th, to reflect and learn together with organizers and leaders from around the world!
In this session, we invite you to reflect on moments of pride and moments of challenge from the past three months, situated in your personal growth (self), in your practice of enabling others (us), or in the context of your campaign and organizing work (now).
Through reflection, we can enrich our understanding of ourselves and the work we do, deepen our leadership and strategic capacity, and gain clarity about our next steps.

This will be a space for the community to come together, reflect on our experiences in organizing and leadership, and articulate lessons that we can carry forward with us and share with others.
We also know that it can be hard to carve out time for reflection on your own – so we’re hoping that by making this a collective space, we can deepen each other’s reflections, and learn collectively from the wealth of experiences in this community!
