What is it like to be organizing a power with campaign? To change behavior? To support one another? If you think it’s not a radical change process, you must test your assumption one more time and dig deep! The “Power With” Campaigns session will draw on two campaigns in Jordan’s Jabal AlNatheef 6 Minutes Campaign on reading and Safe Homes on corporal punishment on children.
The session will first frame why constituents chose a power with campaign and not a power over campaign. It will demonstrate how the learning module was developed to enhance the campaign tactics and how that created behavioral change among the constituents who are primarily nonworking mothers with basic levels of education.
